Mamoroke Lehobye (Director, Shareholder)

Mamoroke Lehobye is a founder and Managing Director of MyCFO. She has been running the business for six years.

As a Chartered Accountant, she has extensive experience and expertise in business advisory and financial management. Mamoroke has extensive experience in corporate governance. She sits on the boards of Rail 2 Rail Transwerk and chairs its audit committee; Kalagadi Manganese and Pundutso Empowerment. She holds a B Com from the University of Cape Town and a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from Wits University.


Thembi Khoza (Director, Shareholder)

Thembi Khoza is a programme manager and stakeholder relationship quality assessment specialist at Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). She is responsible for building the organisation’s capacity to effectively engage its strategic stakeholders in the interest of the institution's long-term sustainable relations and legitimacy as a responsible corporate citizen.

She supports organisations involved in the advancement of rural black children’s skills in mathematics, natural sciences and entrepreneurship. Thembi holds Master of Business Leadership from UNISA School of Business leadership and Bachelor of Education from Wits University.


Noxolo Kahlana (Shareholder)

Noxolo Kahlana is the founder and head of business development and strategy at newly established Ngaki Group. Noxolo has experience managing sustainability and transformation in the private sector from various sectors including mining, renewable energy, FMCG and management consulting.

She also serves as a trustee in the Eastern Cape Education Development Trust. She holds a B Com in information systems and business management from Rhodes university, a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from Sussex University through the Nelson Mandela Scholarship and an MBA from Gordon Institute on Business Science.


Phumzile Skosana (Shareholder)

Phumzile Skosana is the founder and Managing Director of Balleo Engineering (Pty) Ltd. Balleo supplies quality fluid conveyance products and solutions for industrial application and mining.

She holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology. She previously worked for Eskom. Her experience in the mechanical engineering industry equipped her with expertise in quality management systems, among others.


Lindelwe Mlambo (Shareholder)

Lindelwe has experience in Human Resources design and management. She has worked as a Human Resources Practitioner in whole sale trade and construction companies and had a stint as an administration intern at the Department of Education in Mpumalanga.

She holds BA (Administration) from the University of Venda. She is passionate about community development work.


Salome Fenyane (Shareholder)

Salome Fenyane is a Manager of Raizcorp at Emalahleni. She oversees Raizcorp’s entrepreneurship incubation programme in the region.

She has previoulsy worked for Khulisa Social Solutions (a non-profit organisation and the British High Commission where she was the Senior Manager responsible for strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, financial and reporting of the Strategic Programme Funds.

She holds a Master of Commerce in Project Management from Cranefield College.


Constance Mashele (Shareholder)

Constance Mashele is an Educator in the impoverished part of rural Mkhuhlu where she participates in community development initiatives and supports children who suffer from extreme poverty.

She holds a BA (Education) from the University of Limpopo.

Maitele Phyllis Mudogwa (Shareholder)

Maitele Mudongwa has held various positions at Small Enterprise Foundation. She has been a Development Facilitator, Coach Quality and Compliance Officer. Quality Compliance Supervisor and Branch Manager.

She holds certificates in Electrical Engineering and Municipal Finance and Administration from Mass Computer Training and Printers FET College.


Thabelo Malada (Shareholder)

In the last three years Thabelo Malada has developed expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment, having worked in both private and government sectors. She worked as a Junior Compliance Officer for Shakti Environmental Service Consulting. The company provides environmental assessment advisory services in various sectors, including mining.

She has also worked for Ekurhuleni Municipality as a Junior Compliance Officer within a division that promotes environmental sustainable development. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Environmental Management from UNISA.


Sibusiso Rambau (Shareholder)

Sibusiso Rambau is the co-owner of Afrivest Commodities that trade in, among others, agricultural commodities. She has been in the business for the last five years.

She also provides consultancy services in events management. She holds a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Tshwane University of Technology.


Julia Nxumalo (Shareholder)

Julia Nxumalo is former academic at the University of Limpopo and a community activist who is passionate about social development. She has served as a Senior Manager for the South African Social Security Agency in Limpopo.

She has two Master’s Degrees: one from the University of York on Gender studies; and the other on Linguistics and Literature from the University of Limpopo. She is a small-scale farmer.


Thuli Napo (Shareholder)

Thuli Napo is an Educator. She also provides advisory services in the field of Accounting and Economics within the Tubatse Platinum Belt area. She has previously worked for the Limpopo provincial Department of Education.

She holds a BCom in Economics and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Limpopo.

Eugenia Ninny Khoza (Shareholder)

Eugenia Khoza is a FAIS roaming supervisor at African Bank’s inland and northern regions, which includes branches in Mpumalanga and Limpopo. She has been with African Bank since 2014, having previously held various positions at ABSA bank, including a post as Branch Manager.

She completed a Management Programme at GIBS. She also holds a Bachelor of Administration (Honours) in Development Studies and BAdmin in Industrial Psychology from the University of Limpopo.


Debra Legodi (Shareholder)

Debra Legodi has experience in the mining industry, having worked in the administration department of Gold Fields. Her father worked as a miner for the company. She also held positions in Human Resource and Talent Management at Sibanye Gold Fields Academy for several years.

She holds a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resources and Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg and completed a Managment Programme at GIBS.

Thandekile Maureen Lorraine Ngwenya (Shareholder)

Thandekile Maureen Lorraine Ngwenya is a Director at Adams Mission Motors. She has worked for several retail companies in KwaZulu-Natal and as a wholesale store manager for four years. She studied Transport Management at the University of Johannesburg.


Moipone Malefane (Shareholder)

Moipone Malefane has been a journalist for 20 years, covering mostly South African politics. She has worked for iconic publications such as The Star and the Sunday Times.

In the last five years, she has served as Political Editor of The Sowetan. She holds a BA (Journalism) degree from the University of Johannesburg. She is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Daisy Maseko (Shareholder)

Daisy Maseko is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mancane Trading Enterprise, a thriving mine supply company. Mancane has been the enterprise supply development partner for Canyon Coal since 2016.

She previously worked at ABSA as a bank teller. She holds a Marketing Diploma from the Tshwane University of Technology.


Azwinndini Tshavhungwa (Shareholder)

Azwi Tshavhungwa is a trade promotion adviser at Mpumalanga Economic Development Agency. She has facilitated export development and promotion for manufacturing companies. She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma in International Trade.


Busisiwe Mabena (Shareholder)

Busisiwe Mabena is currently working as a field social worker in Gauteng, which entails providing social work services within the community of Mamelodi. She previously worked as an HR Administrator at UNISA. She holds an Honours degree in Social work and she is currently studying towards a degree in Industrial and Occupational Psychology at UNISA.
